was over in sheffield one day and on the off chance gave this place a go with BB and what a site woollen signs sheffield turned out to be.

Woollen & Co Ltd t/a Woollen Signs sheffield was formed in 1883 in Sheffield by Edwin Woollen, a sign writer and Frederick Ibbotson a lithographic printer. Woollens had a large customer base and dealt with hand painted signage, then plastic moulded and neon signs. Woollens closed in Jan 2008 after 125 years following a take over by The Sheffield Co-op Society. A new company was formed (Woollen Signs Ltd) with new premises.
